Joint Mobilization for the Nervous System

We begin this practice by listening to what our body needs and noticing our start point. Then we circulate our joints to bring awareness from our heads down into our bodies, increase synovial fluid circulation and lubrication, increase proprioceptive awareness, give us a more full sense of our body container, and open up energetic channels in the body so there is a sense of cohesiveness and flow.
